POPUPS & REDIRECTS BLOCKED



Why Popups & Redirects

Popups and redirects are necessary to automatically join the links that you provide. If you do not allow redirects, the Virtual Assistant will not join events for you. However, you can still utilize the notification, calendar, favorites, and relax features of the website.

How to unblock Popups & Redirects

In the top right hand corner of the screen, you will see a graphic with a red x on it as pictured below in "Image 1". Click on this icon. Afterwards, a larger menu should open up as pictured in "Image 2". Select "Always allow popups and redirects from va-assistant.org"

What is Virtual Assistant?

With a mass exodus to online work and learning, Virtual Assistant attempts to assist in your online experience by providing a program that will help you manage and join your classes, meetings, or meet ups. No longer will you accidentally miss a class because you overslept. With Virtual Assistant, the program will automatically join your class for you at the specified time.

How it works?

The Virtual Assistant works by utilizing the sesarch engine based join features of Zoom and Microsoft Teams. However, you can use Virtual Assistant to open any links that you would like. The Virtual Assistant does use redirects and popups, but you will only be redirected to the links that you have provided. The data on Virtual Assistant is stored locally. Your data will not be transferred to any servers or database. Everything will remain localized in a personalized on your computer. No one else will have access to the links you have uploaded.
